EU COST Action ARVI has started

The kick-off meeting of the EU COST Action Runtime Verification beyond Monitoring (ARVI) has taken place in Brussels in December 2014. Prof. Martin Leucker was elected as the chair of this action and the University of Lübeck became the grant holding institution.

COST Actions support the European cooperation in the field of scientific and technical research by connecting high-quality scientific communities, providing networking opportunities and increasing the research impact. The COST programme does not fund research itself, but provides support for the networking activities such as workshops and summer schools carried out within COST Actions for four years.

The ARVI COST Action consolidates a network of runtime verification experts and practitioners in application domains, so that they jointly find new principles for reliable system engineering using monitoring as a building block. Currently 19 countries participate in this COST Action.
